How many do I need?
The best way to determine the number of pads you may need is to figure out how many disposable pads are currently used during the length of your cycle. Purchase this amount if you wish to use cloth pads 100% of the time. If you are still deciding what will work best for you try our convenient Starter Packs to help get you going.
Can I use them for incontinence?
Yes you can. Our pads can be used for minor leaks such as light releases with a cough, sneeze or laugh. We recommend using our knit jersey pads as we have been told "They feel just like underwear!"
What materials do you use? Are they waterproof?
All of our pads are constructed with 100% cotton unless noted otherwise. This includes the inner absorbency and the outer portions of the pad that make direct contact with your skin and the portion against your undergarments. A breathable waterproof layer of PUL is also used in constructing the pads. PuL is the same material used in our cloth diaper making and is solvent, lead and phalatate free.
Do you offer overnight pads?
Yes, we offer "overnighters" in 14" and 17.5''. This size also works exceptionally well for postpartum. We are currently working to get them on the site however if you would like a set of overnighters before then please send us a message and we would be happy to create that for you. Contact
I saw a print before and now it's not there, do you still have it?
Most likely not. What you see is what we currently have in stock. We encourage all to "grab it when you see it" as the prints tend to sell out quickly. View our current catalog here.
What weights do you offer?
Our pads are available in the following:
Liners: ultra-light (to be used with spotting)
8.5": light flow
11.5": moderate or heavy flows
14": moderate or heavy flows
17.5": heavy flow
Are they organic?
Organic pads are available per custom request. If you would like a set of organic pads please send us a a message and we would be happy to create that for you. Contact
Can I wear the same pad all day?
No, this is not recommended. Change your pad every 3-4 hours or as often as you need to avoid overflow. I like to change my pad every time I visit the restroom. Watch this video to see how else I like to keep my lady parts fresh.
